Instant Iced Coffee
Looking for a great way to cool down on a hot day? We’ve got a great recipe for instant iced coffee that’s not only simple to make - it tastes great.

Chill Time: 15 minutes
Yield: 3 to 4 servings
Ingredients:
1 cup boiling water
3 tablespoons Folgers Classic Roast® Instant Coffee Crystals
½ cup sugar
2 cups cold water
½ cup half-and-half, milk or coffee creamer
Ice cubes
Whipped cream
Directions:
- Pour boiling water over coffee crystals in glass bowl or pitcher. Stir in sugar until dissolved. Blend in cold water and half-and-half. Chill.
- Pour over ice in tall glasses. Top with swirl of whipped cream. Immediately serve and enjoy..
